Although he grew up in Memphis, Tennessee, Robert Boyette spent the majority of his childhood in Panama City. His parents would frequently bring him and his siblings to Panama City Beach to visit family and vacation. This is where he formed an attachment to the balmy seasons and vibrant people. Robert attended the University of Florida for his Bachelor’s degree. Passionate about upholding justice and helping the communities he had grown so fond of, he went on to obtain his Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law.
After finishing law school, Robert worked at the Panama City Public Defender’s Office. He worked passionately to help individuals who had been silenced by their circumstances find their voice again. He steadfastly advocated for the rights of his clients, working tirelessly to achieve the results they deserved. Robert joined The Virga Law Firm, P.A. in 2016. Since then he has helped individuals with divorce, custody, and other family law matters.
When he’s not in the office or in court, Robert enjoys rooting for his favorite college sports team—go Gators! When he does find some time away from football, he enjoys lounging on the water of St. Andrew’s Bay. Other times, you can find him wandering the woods by the local golf courses, trying to find his golf ball.
